Zoom, Meet, Teams and Webex: once you’ve said yes the first time, the notes start on their own, with ten seconds to undo and a heads‑up for the chat. In a Slack huddle or on FaceTime the notch asks. Anything else: one click on the notch, or ⌥ M.

“Can you take a look?” It taps you on the shoulder.

When someone asks you directly, the notch says so, with the question. Even if you were just reading your mail.

Lost the thread? Ask.

Two buttons under the camera, two sentences back, while the call goes on. After a break the second one says how much you missed.

Share your screen. It steps aside.

Which apps does it work with?

Do the others know?

They should, before notes start: in Germany and many other countries, everyone in a call has to agree first. Note Way gives you a sentence to paste into the chat.

What happens to the sound?

It’s turned into text and not kept. The transcript and the call card stay in your Note Way, and you can delete them for each call.

Can I stop it in the middle?

Yes. Click the notch and end the notes, or say nothing and it stops when the call ends.
